This is a scheme in the process of getting used to starting with self-awareness that something bad habits that we have it is very disturbing our activities. Intention on yourself that the bad thing is not good then start with new habits. Little by little the new thing that we REPEATITION, over time the new thing will become EASY. You can easily do so over time will become a PLEASURE thing. When you are happy with the new thing without you realize that it has become OFTEN. With the habit that you do then, it has settled on you.
        For example if you usually frequent staying up. Even if you break even faster will not make you fall asleep. In fact you always feel feels like insomnia. Remember loh .... !!! That staying up can damage our body work system. If you begin to realize how important health is. Then you will definitely manage your time to be required to sleep under 12. Then you need a repetition to do this. Inevitably remains to be done. If you also can not sleep, find a way to make you fall asleep like turning off the lights. Or hear music. If successful, do little by little you subtract your rest time. If you just need to sleep under 12, then you subtract again to 11 o'clock, 10 o'clock, 9 o'clock, even at 8 o'clock depending on each. So with the process of repetition makes yourself easy to do so. Over time it becomes very fun. You certainly will never realize that the things you often do become a habit and gradually become settled on yourself. Then that trait has changed your characteristics. If you were once a person who likes to stay up late, then now you become a disciplined person of time and health.
