There are 165 countries that use right driving contries. And there are 75 countries that use the rules of left driving contries including Indonesia. But why is Indonesia using the left lane ?. There is no definite history of this. But there are several factors that affect.

1. Indonesia in wedge with countries that use left lane like Australia, japan, Malaysia, singapore that oriented to UK. So that culture and trade enter our country.

2. Most of the vehicles we use come from neighboring countries namely japan. It is clear japan using the left lane in his country. So no stranger to Toyota, Honda, Daihatsu etc. steering wheel on the right. European car no one is interested because expensive times, maybe.
